Croatians issued official
"certificates for raping Serb's women"
Command of the Croatian Defence Council (HVO) issued written permissions for their "soldiers" to rape Serbian women!

Persons will be apprehend in the evening and will be released to their home in the morning.
Detained persons will be held in the cellar during the night.
The use of force is permitted if they resisted.
