Croatians issued official
"certificates for raping Serb's women"
Command of the Croatian Defence Council (HVO) issued written permissions for their "soldiers" to rape Serbian women!
"Euro Blic" has come into possession of monstrous documents from March 1992, at a time when the regular military units from Croatia and HVO (Croatian Defence Council) kept occupied Serb’s village Sijekovac near Brod (at that time – Bosanski Brod), in which the members of Intervention platoons of Croatian army and the HVO had issued permits to apprehend four Serb women from Sijekovac, whose names are known to our editorial staff, in order to meet the vagaries of Croatian soldiers.

- Persons were to be detained in the evening and released to their homes in the morning. Detained persons were to be held in the basement during the night - said in these permits.
Commenting the "Euro Blic" shocking documents, that show the broadness of crimes committed against Serbs in Sijekovac, committed before the outbreak of civil war in B&H, Security Minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina Dragan Mektic said that it was incomprehensible for him that the judiciary had not prosecuted any of those responsible for these events, since.

From The B&H Prosecution we received a short answer, yesterday, that they "worked on the subject of war crimes committed against the victims of Serbian nationality in Sijekovac" but they did not want to give any explanation of whether the prosecution achieved cooperation with the authorities in Croatia in connection with the prosecution of Croatian nationals for crimes against Serbs in Sijekovac.
During the occupation Sijekovac, which lasted from the late March to mid-October 1992, in the most cruel way were killed 74 Serbian civilians, including many women and the elderly.
Nine Serbs from Sijekovac are missing, to this day. The youngest victim of the war crime was a 17-year-old Drago Miloshevich, the oldest Vaso Zechevich (77).
The under-signer of permits had been killed in the war.
Excellent informed "EuroBlic" sources reveal that the under-signer of permissions to rape Serb women in Sijekovac, Ahmet Chaushevich, member of HVO, had been killed during the war in B&H.
However, our respondents point out that many direct perpetrators of crimes in Sijekovac still lives in B&H, while others are Croatian citizens [or from July 1, 2013 – citizens of European Union! added by LG]
