Jovo Vukelić was born in 1952 in Herceg Novi. He graduated at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade. As a sophomore student, in 1974, he was persecuted and then sentenced to a year in prison, suspended for two years due to the siding with professors who were persecuted by Josip Broz Tito's Communist apparatus, at the time . He was declared morally and politically unsuitable and therefore he could not get a steady job for years. He participated actively as an organizer from the mid-1970's to the 1980's in almost all key actions against the regime of Josip Broz Tito. He was the first secretary of the Democratic Party in 1990. He is one of the founders of the Democratic Center (February 1996). In Politika  newspaper (after privatization of Politika Corp.) he has been conducting seven years in senior management. He initiated publishing activities - printing books. From "Politika Corp.", he went to "Official Gazette" in 2009, the publishing sector, as the editor-in-chief where he still works in a capacity of Book Editor.

I, personally, do not share the writer's opinion on the subject. As a representative of F.R. Yugoslavia I was in EC in 2001. At that time the policy of EU was that the countries of the Balkan's were to enter EU all at once. That was the 7th Region in EC, and the general idea was that countries of the Balkans were stimulated to helping each other. During a welcoming cocktail I was talking with a French guy, some official, from EC. I told him that in reality Croatia was gonna be the last Balkan's state that would be accepted into EU, and for the rest of us, particularly for Serbia, the door of EU would be closed forever. He told me that I was wrong etc., etc., however it was crystal clear at that time ... and still is, for anyone with the common sense. Nobody wants Serbia in EU. Firstly, EU itself. Serbia has no value for EU, no economic, nor strategic value. There is the only one strategic point they are interested in - the town of Niš, and that goes for Germans, not to elaborate here. Serbian political "elite" has no interest to join EU, because they couldn't continue to plunder and do whatever they want in Serbia. For that reason they publicly claim that "EU has no alternative", but under the radar they cunningly through media encourage anti-EU voices and movements in Serbia. Most portion of that "elite" are descendants of communist leaders. They have had the best starting point in taking power and robbing Serbia when "transition" came "to town". For them the best position is to be in a state of eternal waiting to enter EU. Than the political situation would be similar to one that was exploited by their communist fathers and grandfathers - suffer now, scarifies in Socialism (before EU membership time) to create a happy life for your offspring in the future in Communism (full EU membership).  So, my dear Charlemagne let's hear what you gotta say, but I'm telling you in advance - you are wrong! Nobody has interest for Serbia to join the EU ..... That goes for Bosnia and Herzegovina, too. Montenegro, Albania and F.Y.R. of Macedonia, are quite a different story. They are directly under American "protection" ... and they are "Can't touch this" for the EU. And not to forget one very important difference. I do not, as every honorable Serb, person, and honest state that obey and respect the International legislative, recognize "Kosovo" as an independent state. I, personally, as a descendant of a Serb officer at Thessaloniki Front during WWI, who fought shoulder to shoulder with French against injustice, I am very sorry that Charlemagne who is French recognize false "state" of Kosovo that is the result of a brute force, lies and injustice.

Shqiptars so called "Albanians" has been somebody's servants from the beginning of time. During the Ottoman Empire they were wild, marauding troops in the service of Turkey against its Christian subjects.   Austro-Hungary, Britain, primarily, gathered these wild tribes and formed them a State naming it "Albania" (Shqipëria in their language), after the First Balkan War, to prevent the Serbs to come out to the Adriatic Sea. The ancient Serb's medieval capital city of Skadar was given to the newborn "Albania" by West European forces.  The years that followed have been marked by Shqiptar's servitude to different Masters - Austro-Hungary, Italy and Germany during the WWII, Tito (for a short time until 1948), Soviet Union, Mao's China, and USA and NATO, now. The other Shqiptar constant in behavior was the advancement to the North toward Kosovo and Metohija, and further up. In order to achieve their goal of  "Greater Albania" they lie, steal, kill, conduct ethnic cleansing, mate like rabbits and blackmail. The blackmailing is a "weapon" they have a habit to use ever since being ethnic minority in Serbian Kosovo and Metohija. By blackmail they achieved that Tito's Commies had made an Autonomic Province of Kosovo and Metohija in the territory of the Socialistic Republic of Serbia, that was one of six Republics of which SFR Yugoslavia consisted. They had used blackmail Serbia until the Occupation by NATO forces in 1999. They are blackmailing the NATO occupier, now :).  [LG]

Whether it’s kissing frogs, slaying dragons or battling wits with the wicked witch, fairy tales hold salient leadership lessons for today’s executives.. And fairy tales, with their immediately recognizable dramatics, characters and fundamental moral truths provide universal insights into human behavior, illustrating the dangers of leadership and various ways in which executives can derail. The Emperor is like many leaders we encounter. They can be intimidating, even frightening, but when we study them more carefully, we realize their power and authority have no substance. Fairy tales are written in such a way to make executives aware of the dangers they will encounter on their various quests and the fundamental issues they will confront associated with the leadership mystique. There are five "deadly dangers": • The first danger, one many leaders are prone to, is lack of self-knowledge. Why do some leaders succeed and others derail? What differentiates effective and ineffective leaders? Why do bad things happen? • The second is hubris. Many leaders become too arrogant and lose touch with reality. Why do so many leaders self-destruct in this way? • The third danger is a leader’s inability to get the best out of people. Ineffective leaders fail to stretch the people who work for them. They don’t know how to make people better than who they think they can be. • Linked to this danger is the fourth and greater danger, a leader’s inability to create well-functioning teams. Effective leaders are aware of and accept their personal limitations and surround themselves with people who have the strengths they lack, creating executive role constellations of people with complementary characteristics. • The fifth danger is the creation of an organizational gulag. What is it that prevents leaders building great places to work? And why are there so many workplaces that stifle people?  A leader does not just need the right tools. To be an effective leader, they need to recognize their own unique capabilities and passions.  The model of the hero or heroine, who struggles and eventually succeeds by taking resolute action, may stimulate emerging leaders to do the same. Although fairy tales take us into imaginary realms, peopled with talking animals and monstrous beings. In life, what really matters is that we have the chance to be what we are, and to become what we are capable of becoming. One of the greatest human fears is that at the end of our life we might discover that we have never really lived. We all have the urge to live fully, to do something significant, and to make a difference. The messages contained in fairy tales can be seen as warnings of what can go wrong for people in a leadership position. However, they are also intended to inspire hope and the belief that something better can be achieved. Germans do not like United Europe. They are building the Fourth Reich. The Neue Europe. English, like rats, have been the first to abandon the EU ship. They have always been a self-sufficient plotters. Poland has been the country utilizing to the best its short EU membership. Hungary, too. EU became a burden, for everybody. What about France? Yes, what about .... Simple, nobody asks the Frank Reich for a single thing. France serves to be beautiful, flirty and to keep an erotic company to the German brute. Cause EU tried to bite off more than she could chew. Partly racing with the US, partly being pushed by the Americans, EU crossed too soon from primarily economic union, to predominantly political one. EU bit more than she could handle. Romania? Bulgaria? Croatia? Are you joking? However, the Black Sea, and the Adriatic have been to provoking. Hard to resists. Especially, being pushed by Americans, and awakened Das Grosse Reich! Those two, and meanly England dragged EU into the Balkans knot .... and now we are coming to Americans .... Cause USA has stumbled the unification of Europe, every step of the way, from the very start. US of A, have been undermining EU from the very beginning. They simple couldn't stand an European Super Power. The mother was not allowed to grow stronger than a spoiled daughter. However, USA has been using EU for their globalist purposes, as long as they saw fit.  American globalist interest filled up Europe with Islamic jihadists. Siding with these elements at the Balkans, Europe opened itself up and lost the reason to exist as the Guardian of European Culture and Tradition. EU is just rotting from inside!

We need thinkers, not listeners of the Germans, Americans, and who knows  who else. Luckily for our northern neighbors, it seems that they have no similar problems, in that department, as we do... Maybe, Serbian voters could learn a thing or two, not from the Germans, but from our northern neighbors, and to find ourselves worthy and vise political leaders. On July 26, 2014, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán proclaimed during his annual speech at the Tusványos Summer University and Student Camp (Tusványos Nyári Szabadegyetem és Diáktábor) in Tusnádfürdő (Băile Tușnad), Romania that “the new state that we are building in Hungary is an illiberal state, not a liberal state.”

No shit! Everybody new that, except our visionary politicians. Or, may be, they new, too. Presidential elections are on the verge. Perhaps a Parliamentary, even. Small challenge to show patriotism, independence, determination of our political and state leadership is required. Politicians arranged the war at Balkans, why not the peace, as well. Just before the elections in Croatia, somebody in Serbia, conveniently, burns a Croatian flag. Just before the elections in Serbia, somebody in Croatia, conveniently, blocks Serb's accession to EU. A little help from our friends in the hood, won't hurt. There are no better and more devoted friends than neighbors. They are always ready to help. Everybody pushes us to EU against our will. So, thank you "always the same", neighbors for being the last barrier for us to prevent our entry into the EU. You are our only friends. Thanks a million. To what extent has EU become a par excellence example of cancellation of rationality, equality and freedom has been extensively analyzed by Habermas, most notably in his work The Crisis of the European Union. Here the thesis about different aspects of democratic deficit, as well as the qualification that the Union has stepped into a post-democratic era, is convincingly elaborated. Drawing the key argument about monopolization of the European project by self-proclaimed elites – that has produced bureaucratization and moving away from European citizens – Habermas, however, concludes that a systemic turn is necessary for the future of the Union i.e. that one should not give up on this cause of European unification for that would mean “departure from participation in world history.”[1]

BLACKMAILING AND PUSHING SERBS BY THE WEST CONTINUES

We are witnessing, as we speak, the unacceptable conduct of so called "Western Powers" (read Washington and Brussels) toward Serbs. No matter what Serb's political leaders say or do, it's not cooperative enough. The latest example is Serbian position on the referendum in Republic of Srpska. Serbian President and Prime-minister are pushed by the West to press Dodik and political leaders of RS to give up the referendum on the one and only question - "Do you support a proposal that the 9^th of January become a Republic Independence Day?"

On 9^th of January 1992, in Pale near Sarajevo, former Assembly of the Serbian people in Bosnia and Herzegovina, after the will of Serbs in Bosnia and Herzegovina had been repeatedly ignored by Muslims and Croats, proclaimed Serbian Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. On 12^th of August, the same year, the name was changed to the Republic of Srpska. The existence of the Serbian entity was honored and defined by the Dayton Peace Agreement.

No more, no less. That's it. And that became the issue of all issues. The reason for the harassment of Serbs, once again.

A presentation of the survey of youth opinions on the European integration of Serbia was held on 2 June at the Faculty of Political Sciences. The survey was implemented in April 2016 by the European Movement in Serbia, in cooperation with FPS and second-year students. The presentation of results was followed by a debate with the participation of Tanja Miščević, Head of the Negotiation Team for Serbia’s accession to the EU, Maja Bobić, Secretary General of EMiS, and Ivana Radić Milosavljević, assistant at the Faculty of Political Sciences. The survey was implemented between 19 and 29 April over 979 interviewees across the territory of Serbia, including Kosovo and Metohija, with the participants being young people 15 to 29 years of age.

Totally by accident, browsing the internet, I’ve bumped into Wikipedia – Free Encyclopedia about Josif Runjanin. For those who don’t know, Josif Runjanin was a Serb who composed the melody of today’s Croatian national anthem. The catch is that Runjanin’s grave is in Novi Sad, Serbia. He is buried in an Orthodox "Dormition" Cemetery. The engravings on his tomb are in Cyrillic letters. Anyway, the fact that Serb composed Croatian national anthem must be kind of painful to our neighbors. To ease that pain they wrote in Wikipedia that Runjanin was a Croatian Serb. Can you imagine a Croatian Serb? That logic releases the corresponding term Serbian Croat, as well. And that is the point when they are going to be really sick. However, the writer of Wikipedia contribution did not think that far.

EU SCHIZOPHRENIC POLICY TOWARD SERBIA FINALLY GIVES RESULTS

There is no EU, as it used to be for almost 50 years, any more! This is the Fourth Reich! Great Britain* sensed that very well. France is invisible, or better say, existing "Pétain's Vichy" way. There is no cooperation in EU, just collaboration! Germany imposed itself as the sole leader of "Das Neue Europa" - Seig Hail! The situation is almost the same as in 1939. So, what's "the news" on German policy toward rebellion Serbs?
*By the way, there is something very strange in using terms. The term "Great" placed next to the word "Britain" bothers nobody and is a source of British pride, but "Great" placed next to "Serbia" could take you, right to the Hague, one way ticket! Quod licet Iovi, non licet bovi! :)

WHY EUROPE MAY BAN THE MOST POPULAR WEED KILLER IN THE WORLD

It's hard to find an herbicide like glyphosate. It’s cheap, highly effective, and is generally regarded as one of the safest and most environmentally benign herbicides ever discovered. But a report last year that glyphosate could cause cancer has thrown its future into jeopardy. Now the European Union faces a 30 June deadline to reapprove its use, or glyphosate will not be allowed for sale. Here's a quick explanation of the issues. 

Who uses glyphosate?

Just about everyone who hates weeds. The herbicide is widely sprayed to fight weeds along railroad tracks, in backyards, city streets, parks, and elsewhere. Many kinds of agriculture rely on glyphosate as well—and farmers are by far the biggest users. (Sales skyrocketed in the United States and Latin America after Monsanto and other companies genetically modified soybeans and other crops to withstand the effects of glyphosate. That means farmers can easily kill weeds without harming their crops.) The herbicide has done more than benefit farmers' profits; glyphosate has also curbed soil erosion by facilitating no-till agriculture, the practice of spraying fields before planting instead of plowing up weeds.

EU HAS BEEN SCREWING SERBS AND SERBIA FOR DECADES.

uropean Union is constantly screwing Serbs and Serbia. That has been evident to all Serbs except a part of their politically poorly educated politicians guided from abroad.  The West, better say Germanic part of the West plus France, has been conducting a hostile politics towards Serbs, since the Fall of Berlin Wall. 

The active involvement in violent disintegration of Yugoslavia. Fracturing Serb's territories. Provocation of ethnic minorities rebellion. Recognition of statehood for arm mutinied Socialistic Republics of SFRY, during the clashes, put Yugoslav Peoples Army in position of occupier in its own State, still the member of UN! That was open and yet unpunished violation of all international norms and laws. The terrorist aggression, on FR Yugoslavia, UN Member State, cynically named the "Merciful Angel", without a declaration of war (like Pearl Harbor). Bombing Serbs in Bosnia, before that. Ongoing satanization of Serbs through media campaign. Blackmail, humiliation, carrot and stick policy, double standards, lies and deceit have been the characteristic of their policy. Taking over our financial system (banks), grabbing resources. Finally, forever accession to the European Union, with numerous conditionalities imposed, unworthy of a sovereign state, with the aim to exhaust Serbia economically, morally, and in every way possible to total destruction.

fter some years of peace, the western Balkans are again descending into instability. Across the region, people are taking to the streets, demanding the resignation of governments. Thousands are fleeing abroad in search of jobs and opportunities. A violent strand of Wahhabism is taking hold among the region’s Muslim population. Perhaps most worryingly of all, the threat of disintegration is returning, as malcontent minorities try to divide their states.

Bosnia has long been the most dysfunctional state in the region, wasted by civil war in the 1990s and afflicted by ethnic divisions ever since. The Serbs and Croats have never abandoned their goal of separation. Milorad Dodik, the president of Republika Srpska (Bosnia’s Serbian “entity”), is being squeezed by political rivals at home and investigated by police in Sarajevo for alleged money laundering. To shore up his position, he has threatened a referendum on independence for Republika Srpska, scheduled for 2018.
