WHAT CROATIANS WANT, CROATIANS SEE!

or
how to falsify history,
crawling, step by step

Josif Runjianin's grave in an Orthodox Cemetry in Novi Sad,
Serbia. Since he was of Serbian nationality, engravings are
in Cyrillic letters.
Totally by accident, browsing the internet, I’ve bumped into Wikipedia – Free Encyclopedia about Josif Runjanin. For those who don’t know, Josif Runjanin was a Serb who composed the melody of today’s Croatian national anthem. The catch is that Runjanin’s grave is in Novi Sad, Serbia. He is buried in an Orthodox "Dormition" Cemetery. The engravings on his tomb are in Cyrillic letters. Anyway, the fact that Serb composed Croatian national anthem must be kind of painful to our neighbors. To ease that pain they wrote in Wikipedia that Runjanin was a Croatian Serb. Can you imagine a Croatian Serb? That logic releases the corresponding term Serbian Croat, as well. And that is the point when they are going to be really sick. However, the writer of Wikipedia contribution did not think that far.

Croatians that have no shame not only changes Josif Runjanin' s name to "more Croatian" Josip [by the way they would go bananas, if Serbs did something like that to some Croatian, we would be "Serb Nationalists", "the oppressors of poor Croatians", "Greater Serbia story" would be pulled out immediately, etc.], but also define him as "Croatian Serb"!?
But let us stick to “Croatian Serb”. Runjanin family originated in Serbian village Runjani in West Serbia, close to village Trsic where a great reformer of Serb language Vuk Karadzic was born. Consequently Croatian Serb Josif Runjanin was delivered by Serbian Serb in Serbian Serb family .
Serbia obtained autonomy within Ottoman Empire, by the Bucharest Treaty in 1812., after the revolt in 1804. By 1817, Serbia was constituted as a Principality under the rule of Miloš Obrenović, with the title of Knez. It was not until 1878, though, that the Ottomans officially recognized Serbia's independence.
Runjani village in Serbia, near the city of Loznica, just a few
clicks from Trsic village, the birth place of Serb's great
language reformer Vuk Karadzic. Maybe, he was a "Croatian
Serb", as well?
In 1882, the Principality became a Kingdom and in 1918, united with Croatia, Dalmatia, Slavonia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Hertzegovina and the other liberated Slavic territories to form what later became the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenians, leading to the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. Now, Runjanin was born in Vinkovci 1821. The question was there any Croatia, or to be more precise Crotian politically defined territory with autonomy, at least, with distinct borders that would make Runjanin Croatian Serb?
The answer is simple – NO!
In Austria, and later the dual Austro-Hungarian Empire Croatia was a non-precisely defined territory, as Slavonia and Dalmatia. In Austro-Hungarian Empire the territory of Croatia, as well as, Slavonia were ruled by Hungary, and Dalmatia was under Austria. The first defined borders in human recorded history, Croatia was granted within the Kingdom of Yugoslavia as Banovina Hrvatska (Banovina of Croatia) in 1939. That was the first time EVER that Dalmatia and Slavonia felt under the limited ruling of Zagreb! Runjanin who lived from 1821 to 1878 could not be a “Croatian Serb” even if he wanted! There was NO CROATIA at that time. He was, eventually, “Austrian Serb” until the Austro-Hungarian Compromise in 1867, when Austro-Hungarian Empire was formed. After that he could be “Austro-Hungarian Serb”, only.
However, if you like fairytales, if you believe in Santa, if you believe that storks found babies in caves or marshes and brought them to households in a basket, than read some more on Croatian “history” on Wikipedia.
Sorry neighbors, but no "Croatia" existed at the time of Josif
Runjanin. Consequently, Runjanin couldn't be the "Croatian
Serb".
If you were tired of reading, just follow the mini-serial on “History” channel named “Croatian Kings”. The science fiction from the start to the end. Everything is “maybe”. “There was a Croatian king who fought Vikings, but we don’t know when, we are not certain about his name, we don’t know who won….”!
The rare truth from Croatian sources came out from Croatian distinguished historian Tvrtko Jakovina in 2014. He bravely stated the truth – “If Serbs did not save us in 1918, Croatia of today would not exist”!
Moreover, he elaborated that the Serbs in 1918 saved the Croats and if Croatia had not entered the first Yugoslavia, today’s Croatia would not exist. Jakovina says that in 1915 the Serbs were offered [by our allies in Allied Powers] to take Slavonia, Bosnia, Lika and part of Dalmatia and create a Serbian state. Istria and Dalmatia, the second part was promised to Italy. The little what would left of Croatian, so-called region of Croatia (Zagorje and around Zagreb) were to remain within Hungary - said Jakovina. If Serbia eventually agreed to that, today so-called Croats in Zagreb and Zagorje would be provinces of Hungary and relics of the past, and the rest of the Catholic population from Dalmatia, Slavonia, Lika and Bosnia and Herzegovina would be what they really are - Serbs Catholics.
Croatia didn't exist even after Runjanin has been
long gone! For example in 1913., the territory of
Croatia in Austro-Hungary was diferrent than
territories of Slavonia and Dalmatia that were
given to "Banovina Hrvatska" in 1939. in the
Kingdom of Yugoslavia.
Doctor Tvrtko Jakovina admitted that the Serbs in 1918 saved the Croats.
And that is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help us God!
If we wanted this “Greater Serbia” we had a clear chance to form it in 1918, as a winning side in WWI.
Instead of “Greater Serbia”, Serbian Army gave full pardon to all Croats, Bosnian Muslims, and Slovenians who had found themselves on a defeated side of Central Powers. The Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenians was formed, becoming the kingdom of Yugoslavia in 1929.
On the altar of the new state of Serbia has laid two Serb’s independent states - the Kingdom of Serbia and the Kingdom of Montenegro. All the others laid their beaten asses.
The myth of a Greater Serbia was a dish of Vienna-Vatican cousin to give themselves the excuse to oppress Serbia and to realize their goals at Balkans. That myth has been reused by all the aggressors and enemies afterward. Using the myth of Greater Serbia - Greater Croatia, Greater Albania, and many other “greater” states that have never existed before, were formed after the Balkan wars in 90’s. That myth has to be the witness of Serbian nationalism and expansionism that threatens “poor” Croatians, Shqiptars and everybody in the region. The whole circus at ICTY in Hague had to prove that the Serbs has been led by the defined political platform of Greater Serbia to conduct all the crimes and genocides all over the Balkans. Vojislav Seselj gave them a golden gift defending himself “confesing” that Greater Serbia political platform is for real. He was freed, finally. One of the rare Serbs that was released.
Banovina Hrvatska (1939-1941). The first time ever Slavonia
 and Dalmatia came under the
jurisdiction of Zagreb! Today,
those are "historic Croatian territories"! Note, that Baranja,
on the north was within "Dunavska Banovina". Baranja was
Serb's territory, the part of Vojvodina Serbska. After the
WWII, Tito's commies, gave Baranja administratively to the
newly formed Socialistic Republic of Croatia, within the
Federate Peoples Republic of Yugoslavia. The "Baranja
case" is the same to Crimean, that was taken from Russia,
and given as a gift to Ukraine during Soviet era.
Using the Goebbels’s principal that a lie repeated many times becomes truth, Serbs are thoroughly demonized to the point where telling the truth has no meaning and no purpose.
To conclude, repeating again the sentence based on the experience of our great poet Jovan Ducic – The Croats are the bravest people in the World, not because they have no fear, but because they have no shame! That does not go for Doctor Tvrtko Jakovina, but sadly, goes to a number of our “western friends” and former Serbs from whom our “western friends” have made new nations giving them a new “nation” names after territories they lived in. The first step is giving name, the second is to make a separate church, but the step above all is to alienate them from their Serbian roots learning them to hate Serbs who are the universal culprits for anything and everything ….. we have learnt the drill and we recognize the pattern. If we wanted the Greater Serbia we could have it. But we did not. We had a vision of Greater South Slavic state! And we were capable to make it!
Croatian historian T. Jakovina, Ph.D.
That is and has been the main problem. The whole demonization, humiliation, moving away from the sea, harassment, oppression, bullying have just one goal to hurt us so bad that even a germ of possibility that Serbs again become a pillar of “Greater” South Slavic state, would be killed.
There is a fear on the West of united Slavs. Could you imagine the country from Ljubljana and Sprewja River to Vladivostok?
Slavic Union, and not to forget our Romanian and
Greek brothers if they wanted to join us, plus
countries, members of Euroasian Union.
European Union with all “democracy” talk is in truth and in its essence the German-Roman association. Converted Slavs, from Poland to Croatia, serve as the frontier guarding belt toward a great Slavic sea to the East, all the way to the Pacific. That EU would be no larger than a small spot, compared to United Slavia from Sprewja to the Pacific. United Slavia with people speaking similar languages. So similar that they can understand each other! A nightmare for every Westerner, isn’t it? Russians and Serbs are proven Slav’s unifiers. Has been, are and will be. And there is nothing you can do about it, because even if you take our menly lives, our graves will fight you.

Aleksa Santic
We know our destiny, and all that awaits us,
But fear will not freeze our breast!
Oxen yoke suffer, not the people –
God gave the freedom to a man

Our power is like a mountain river
Never to be stopped by anyone!
Our Nation is used to die,
And in its death to find a cure.
We know our path, a path of the God-man,
Strong like a mountain river,
We all shall pass across the sharp rocks.

And all the way, up to Golgotha,
Whenever you take our menly lives,
Our graves will fight you!
 Serbian poet Aleksa Santic (1907)
