Srebrenica "genocide" is the sword always ready to be drawn when putting Serbs in their place is needed. This time it is an "open" letter of certain obscure "Youth Initiative for Human Rights" sent to no less than all the peoples representatives of the Parliament of the Republic of Serbia!
Here is the letter[translated by LG]:
Open letter [of the Youth Initiative for Human Rights] to the deputies of the National Assembly on the eve of the commemoration of the Srebrenica genocide.
Dear Sir / Madam Member of Parliament of the Republic of Serbia,
Within the Serbian society there are still strong tendencies of challenging and negation, the court established facts, even an open denial of genocide. Civil society is the past 20 years was on the front line of defense of civilizational values and fight for a society in which peace and anti-fascism are fundamental values. It is therefore today important that you, as the direct representatives of the people, provide institutional support to the efforts of civil society organizations investing in the memory of the crimes committed in the nineties.
That is why we invite you, people representatives, on July 11 to:
1. Maintain a commemorative session, in the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, dedicated to victims of the worst crimes committed in Europe since the Second World War;
2. Like your European colleagues, adopt a declaration condemning the Srebrenica genocide and denial of crimes in the tradition of the declaration which was last year adopted by the European Parliament;
3. In front of the Assembly come and light a candle to commemorate the victims of genocide.

In Srebrenica in July 1995, in a few days was killed more than 8,000 people as a result of an attack by the army of the Republic of Srpska, which occupied zone under UN protection. Tis way the plan of the Serbian leadership in Bosnia and Herzegovina established in 1992, as the six strategic goals of the Serbian people, including that "Drina is no longer border between two worlds," with dreams of ethnically clean the Drina valley, was accomplished. Soon it will become a reality under the command of Ratko Mladic, who gave the command to kill all men from Srebrenica they could "put their hands on" - prisoners, and all those who tried to escape to Tuzla.
These facts are established by the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, and were confirmed by the International Court of Justice in 2007 in the case of Bosnia and Herzegovina against Serbia, finding that the Srebrenica genocide against Bosnian Muslims and Serbia was found guilty because of doing nothing to prevent it and because of the failure to hand over the suspects to the International court.
Youth Initiative for Human Rights invites you to participate in the commemoration of the 21st anniversary of the genocide in Srebrenica, which will be marked on July 11 in Belgrade. The goal of the commemoration of the Srebrenica genocide is tribute to more than 8,000 victims. It is important that this day we send a clear message that we are ready to deal with the crimes committed in our name and prosecute all perpetrators in order to prevent such a crime ever more happens.
No lie could be hidden. We have nothing to keep apart from our future. We have no more place to slip away from the evil. Because of all our values. For the sake of all we are proud of. Because of all that we have been and we want to be. On July 11, be part of those who honor the victims of genocide in Srebrenica, showing that crimes are not value of Serbia we want.

It is no need to comment CV of these people. These CV's are the picture of our troubled time. Just one sentence - It is commonly thought that the job of "politician" is the most lucrative one in a land that has been thoroughly robbed. From poor nobody, one could become a rich somebody in a meter of months (ok .... few years). However, there is a "job" even more inviting than the "politician". That is an "activist in the civil sector". The West just loves them in softly occupied countries. "Activists" do the spinning, "the employer" .... hm, hm .... "donator" does the paying. Simple as that. One has to work nothing, just to "deal with issues relating to human rights, and to actively participates in the work of the civil sector which has led to collaboration with other civil society organizations", or to be a "consultant for the evaluation research of concepts and methodology development", or something similar very fluent and fuzzy. The average Serb, with good home education, would say that these are hustlers that sell the fog for good money.

Jürgen Elsässer: For the West, Only a Broken Serbia is Good Serbia
Jürgen Elsässer, German investigative reporter and author of the several books |
Comparing Srebrenica to Auschwitz and Jasenovac — an Insult to Jewish and Serbian WWII Victims
Eminent German investigative reporter, author and researcher of the recent events in the Balkans, Jürgen Elsässer, gave a noted “Erdemović case” report at the recent international conference in Banja Luka, capital of Republic of Srpska.
Croat Dražen Erdemović was considered an important witness to the Hague prosecution, because he claimed to have taken part in the killing of Srebrenica Muslims. As a “cooperative indictee”, he was sentenced to a very mild prison sentence.
In the interview following Mr. Elsässer’s report, Belgrade daily Glas Javnosti first asked for his views about the Srebrenica events.
“There is no doubt a war crime was committed in Srebrenica after July 11, 1995. But it certainly wasn’t ‘a genocide’. What is genocide? Genocide is Auschwitz and Jasenovac. Genocide is when the state conducts an extermination of a nation, including women and children. So, at the Auschwitz ramp, in the gas chambers, the children, women, elderly were killed, and only because they belonged to a certain ethnicity and faith the Nazis declared a “dangerous element” for their state. The same is true for Jasenovac, where the greatest majority of Serbs perished, and civilians first and foremost — Serbian children, women and elderly. According to the German assessment, Croats have killed some 750,000 Serbs in 1941-1945.
“In regards to Srebrenica, the West constantly talks about 8,000 Muslim victims, even though that was never proven. Comparing Srebrenica with Auschwitz or Jasenovac is unacceptable, illegitimate, brazen. It is insulting to both the Jewish and Serbian Second World War victims. In Srebrenica there was a completely reversed situation: Serbian Army had separated women, children and elderly and organized their transportation to the safe territory. Some went to Tuzla, and some to Serbia. In this way, the Serbian Army saved them from revenge of the Serbs whose loved ones were killed [in Srebrenica municipality] from 1992.”
Serbian Victims and Eyewitnesses Not Wanted by The Hague
Q: How many people were actually killed in Srebrenica?
JE: From 1992 to 1995 some 3,500 Serbs were killed. Serbian villages in the Srebrenica region were torched. Western politicians and their obedient media have meticulously tuned out that crime of Naser Orić and his butchers. By the way, that man who bragged to Western reporters about the number of Serbs he killed by his own hands was acquitted of charges [in the Hague], while a biology professor, a retired woman who was gathering humanitarian aid during the civil war, who had no power and no command over the armed units, was convicted to 11 years of imprisonment.
Q: Treatment of Orić can’t be only a treatment of Orić; isn’t that a treatment of Serbs?
JE: Precisely. I recently met Brana Vučetić. He told me about the hell he went through in his village near Srebrenica, towards the end of 1992. He was ten years old then. He witnessed his whole family being killed. The killers were Muslims, Naser Orić’s fighters. The Hague investigators also visited Vučetić, and several times. But they still haven’t invited him to testify against Orić! Serbian witnesses are clearly not wanted by the Hague. It seems that only the “cooperative” Serbs and the accused Serbs are welcome to the Hague.
Virtual Srebrenica Created to Demonize and Destroy Serbia
Q: How many Muslims were killed in Srebrenica and what is Hague’s turning away from the Serbian victims saying about the nature of the Tribunal?
JE: Around 700 Bosnian Muslims were killed in Srebrenica, since they were found with their hands tied or with the covers on their eyes. The final number, if we would also include cases for which pathologists can’t state with certainty whether they were killed in combat or if they were executed, because they simply have insufficient evidence, would not go over three thousand. And that many Serbs were killed in and around Srebrenica, too. The only difference is that the West doesn’t want to talk about it.
Q: Why?
JE: The Hague has created a “Srebrenica case” in order to justify crimes against the Serbs in Croatia, Bosnia and Serbia. That is why they need the story about Srebrenica as a “most horrific crime in Europe after the WWII”.
Q: So, it’s a classic manipulation?
JE: Of course! That is why there is a real Srebrenica, with persistently ignored demands by the Serbian side to finally unearth the whole truth about those events, on the one hand, and another, virtual Srebrenica, on the other. The latter one is being propagated precisely by the Hague, which is nothing but an instrument of the US politics for demonizing and destroying Serbia. This is why I can tell you many of those in Serbia who believe the West will stop satanizing the Serbs if the Serbian government fulfills just this one more, or the other condition, are rather naive.
The US Won’t Stop Issuing Demands
Q: What does the naivety consist of and what will be its price?
JE: The West cannot stop demonizing the Serbs, because if it were to do so, it would have to accuse itself. So, Milošević was the first, then Karadžić. Now, Mladić is on the wanted list. But that will not be the end of American demands. They will demand more. For example, for you to recognize Kosovo, to grant the widest autonomy to the Raška region, most probably to renounce the northern Bačka and on and on. Evidently, for the West, the only good Serbia is broken Serbia.

Serbia Blind to Croat Long-Term Goals
Vasilije Krestić |
“Croatia’s political goals for the last 150 years are:
- Croatia cleansed of Serbs,
- border on Drina river, and
- annexation of parts of Serbia’s northern province of Vojvodina.
All of our politicians who are negotiating with Croats ought to be aware of these facts. This is a standard Croatian policy and it has not changed”, says Krestić.

Academic Vasilije Krestić, who has been researching the history of Serbo-Croat relations for many years, points out that Serbian politicians ignore the Croatian political goals, and get uncritically involved in discussions about “improving relations”. Improved relations, Krestić claims, can only be built on the basis of reciprocity – one gets as much as he gives.
