Russian news agencies said tens of thousands of people marched this year. They included Natalya Poklonskaya — a controversial lawmaker who has aired monarchist views — as well as Romanov relative Olga Kulikovskaya-Romanova and delegations from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and New Zealand. Special services and prayers commemorating the last tsar and his family were held in Orthodox Churches in St. Petersburg, Moscow, and other Russian cities. TALKING FROM THE PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, when you find yourself a citizen of the country on the brink of an armed conflict, or even worst in the full scale Civil War, the personal impression is that the whole World is looking at your situation, and your troubles are in the focus of every person on Earth.   However, the truth is that almost no one really cares! People have their own lives, struggles, concerns, pleasures, everyday routines. Your misfortune, war, killings, airplanes, bombs, atrocities, fire, blood, injustice, aggression, are just motion pictures on the TV screen. Something that a distant person, far away is watching over the spoon during breakfast, bringing a short and a fast passing excitement before work. To be cynic, bringing, maybe, a touch of good feeling that all the real troubles are somewhere else. Faraway. And all personal troubles and frustrations fade away comparing to "what is going on over there". But, "over there" is my life, my country, "my" war, my wounds, my starvation, my death... I remember very well watching Beirut, Sabra and Shatila, Saigon, Pol Pot, even Ceausescu fall in neighboring Romania, I watched from the comfortable safety of the former Yugoslavia. From my present experience, I should know better.  That is not all. You are sure that imaginary someone, at list, could separate injustice from justice. Who's guilty. Who's less guilty. Who's innocent. To understand. To comprehend. Nuts! People are walking "daily news", tend to simplify complicated situations. Good guys vs. bad guys. That's it. The less people know, the more aggressive they are in advocating their point of ignorant and  outside formed view. Believe you me, it is much easier to be bombed than to listen some western idiotic guy talking with the conviction of connoisseur things he has no idea about. We are seven days away from the exact day when, 18 years ago, NATO aggressor, attacked F.R. Yugoslavia on the March 24, 1999.  NATO attacked the country that had been a member of UN, with no declaration of war, and against all International laws. That "DAY WILL LIVE IN INFAMY" [F.D. Roosevelt, 1941.] According to Wikipedia "The NATO bombing of Yugoslavia was the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation's military operation against the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia during the Kosovo War. The air strikes lasted from March 24, 1999 to June 10, 1999.". However, that was no "military operation", nor "air strikes", nor "Kosovo war". That was classic terrorist attack, with no declaration of war, on an sovereign State, a member of UN. That was the full scale aggression of 13 NATO countries, namely Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom, and United States of America on Serbia and Montenegro. That was no "Kosovo War", because the attack was conducted on the whole S.R. Yugoslavian territory. The first target, on the March 24, at 19:45 (7:45 p.m.) was the town of Novi Sad, more than 500 km to the North from Serbian Autonomic Province of Kosovo and Metohija. The air strikes were accompanied by land offensive on the South Serbian borders, mainly from Albania, and F.Y.R. Macedonia. The attackers consisted of Albanian regular Army, terrorists of so called "Kosovo Liberation Army", NATO special forces, supported by NATO artillery and air-force. For 78 days of aggression NATO achieved nothing! Their foot stepped on Serbian soil for the first time, only, after Kumanovo agreement. Our Pristina Corps retreated on its own from Serbian Autonomic Province of Kosovo and Metohija, absolutely untouched. Serbia suffered more civilian than military casualties, infrastructure was thoroughly destroyed, and Autonomic Province of Kosovo and Metohija has been under the NATO occupation ever since. NATO lost 120 "flying objects", including one F-117 confirmed, and two more unconfirmed because they managed to escape accross the border. We, simply, didn't know that they were invisible. On the South front, Serb's Air-force had successful missions, including the attack on NATO airport near Tirana, the capital of Albania, where 12 "Apache" helicopters were destroyed on the ground, among other damages. Shqiptar land forces, Albanian regulars and KLA terrorists, suffered heavy loses. Serbs were a perfect match for NATO  in underground warfare, as well. NATO aggressor and Shqiptar terrorists gotta have one thing in mind, an one thing only, as gen. Douglas MacArthur said - We came through and we shall return! You can count on that!  So, what is the situation now. Eighteen years after? Same Old, Same Hold! The aggression on Serbs continues. Actually, the NATO aggression has never stopped. It has been, just, changing form and varied in intensity. And to be absolutely sure it gonna never end, cause they gotta cover their crimes and make them "just". To achieve that, Serbs have to be "changed", "pacified", physically reduced, morally eroded, spiritually and mentally broken, "submitted", demonized, landlocked, robbed and humiliated, under constant tensions and double standards, permanently bitten by small NATO's greyhounds in the neighborhood.  It is not enough to conquer us. We gotta be humiliated first, and than erased from the face of the Earth, because as long as Serbs exist, NATO and it's small Balkan greyhounds gonna see their ugly, dirty, dark, devilish and demonic face in the Serb's mirror. The Mirror gotta be broken. However, you know the story about Romans and a small Gallic village.....   To paraphrase our archenemy, and the archenemy of all Free World, and humanity, the greatest self-centered robber, from the beginning of time, England presented in the form of W. Churchill: "We shall go on to the end ..... we shall never surrender" ... or as great Serb's poet Aleksa Šantić said: ... and even when you take our manly lives, our graves shall fight with you.

What do you say about that people in Germany are encouraged to make their supplies of food and drinking water in case of disasters, including war?
The call may have two reasons. The first may be that the situation inside the country is so tensed, due to migration, that threatens to collapse the supply and provokes possible actions of the population towards migrants. The second reason may be that the scheduling conflict with Russia is already so advanced that it is necessary to call on the population to clothe in case of war. Perhaps, the third reason could be considered, which is to instil fear to the masses, and thus make them easier to control and divert attention from the pressing problems of the present.

In Poland and Hungary were similar alarms. Why we still do nothing?
Maybe it's the fact that our politicians are sometimes more "reasonable" and knowledgeable on Czech nature, which is learnt that that kind of challenge has incalculable consequences. Additionally, Czech housewives hardened by the situation in shops during seventies and eighties build up stocks automatically without any special warning.

How do you see the international air exercises Ample Strike 2016 which runs over central Europe?
If the main objective is to train and coordinate forces in different situations possible assault on a member of NATO states, then everything is fine. However, if the aim is to provoke a potential enemy, that's not fine, and it's in direct contravention of the declared character of NATO.
It all seems that NATO weapons, even those of mass destruction, is getting closer to Russia's borders. One of the “Parlamentní” readers wrote to the editor asked if he had to fear of the worst, the conflict NATO versus Russia ...

To what extent is the Czech army ideologically divided? When we look at former commanders of the General Staff, for example, Miroslav Kostelka is very sober in assessment of Russia, Petr Pavel opposing to him is harder, and so forth. Is it a template for a lower command level, at least according to what you know from your friends and acquaintances still active in the Army?
The template is not a big deal, but my friends shake their heads over the performances of the former Chief of General Staff. Indeed, I commented him in a recent interview. I recommend to ask our leaders whether they are ready to bear the brunt of what General Pavel wants.

I ask because I have a persistent idea that if there was a conventional war with Russia, now, it could happen the same as in the First World War. Many deserters, so-called founding Legion and so forth. Or maybe I'm wrong and the professional army is not about ideas, opinions, critical thinking, open-mindedness, but in terms of salary, only?
I am answering with a quote from the book of Jaroslav Hasek “The Good Soldier Schweik”: “The district magistrate, and me have always said, 'Patriotism, loyalty to duty, self-overcoming, those are the real weapons in the war!' I am reminding you, especially today, when our troops are anytime soon to cross the border.”

Is it possible that a nuclear war could be a local one?
And is it possible that, in the twenty-first century, someone is tampered with the idea to use the craziest tool of destruction of all - a nuclear weapon?

What US presidential candidate, to your opinion, is to ease the international situation better?
I'm not a US citizen and I do not live in that country, as well, so I can only benefit from what is provided by the "mainstream" media, and based on that it is Donald Trump. Furthermore, can you imagine a woman as the Head of the most powerful nation in the World, after the experience with the most powerful woman in Europe? A presentation of the survey of youth opinions on the European integration of Serbia was held on 2 June at the Faculty of Political Sciences. The survey was implemented in April 2016 by the European Movement in Serbia, in cooperation with FPS and second-year students. The presentation of results was followed by a debate with the participation of Tanja Miščević, Head of the Negotiation Team for Serbia’s accession to the EU, Maja Bobić, Secretary General of EMiS, and Ivana Radić Milosavljević, assistant at the Faculty of Political Sciences. The survey was implemented between 19 and 29 April over 979 interviewees across the territory of Serbia, including Kosovo and Metohija, with the participants being young people 15 to 29 years of age.

I have been a defence lawyer most of my working life and am not used to gathering evidence for a prosecution, but circumstances impelled me to open a file for the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, or perhaps some future citizen’s tribunal, in which is contained the evidence that the NATO leaders are guilty of the gravest crime against mankind, the crime of aggression. Article 8bis of the Rome Statute, the governing statue of the International Criminal Court states:

For the purpose of this Statute, “crime of aggression” means the planning, preparation, initiation or execution, by a person in a position effectively to exercise control over or to direct the political or military action of a State, of an act of aggression which by its character, gravity and scale, constitutes a manifest violation of the Charter on the United Nations.

On July 15th, at around 23:00, the press reported a military coup d'etat in Turkey. In Ankara, shots rang out, and there were military planes and helicopters over the city. Within minutes, Turkish Prime Minister Yıldırım announced an attempt at a military coup. The main airports of the country were closed and many flights are delayed or canceled. Around midnight, martial law was imposed in the country. Events unfolded rapidly. The world's media, under the control of globalist elites, began to cover events as if the rebels had almost succeeded. Media actively disseminated the rumors that President Erdogan had reportedly fled the country.

In fact, the president was ready to fight to the last minute and urged the Turkish people to take to the streets to defend democracy: "I look forward to all our people on the streets, in the squares. I do not believe that those who attempted the coup have achieved their goal, and they will suffer the most severe punishment,” the Turkish President said. Hundreds of thousands of Turkish citizens came out onto the street. At about two o'clock in the morning, Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım said that the instigators of the coup were arrested. The head of Turkish intelligence Them Yilmaz confirmed this news. At about four o'clock in the morning, Erdogan addressed the nation and directly pointed out the instigators of the coup.
