On the 4^thof July, Vladimir Vladimirovich the President of RF signed the law, which introduces a ban on the cultivation and breeding of genetically modified plants and animals in Russia, with the exception of scientific works; document sets out fines of up to 500 thousand rubles for violation of legislation on GMOs, says the official portal of legal information.

Czech Major General in reserve Hynek Blasko in an interview for „Parlamentní list“ commented the possible conflict between Russia and NATO, talked about the German’s paranoia, quoted Jaroslav Hashek, told a joke on Obama, Americans and Russians, and supported of Donald Trump in the race for the White House.

What do you say about that people in Germany are encouraged to make their supplies of food and drinking water in case of disasters, including war?
The call may have two reasons. The first may be that the situation inside the country is so tensed, due to migration, that threatens to collapse the supply and provokes possible actions of the population towards migrants. The second reason may be that the scheduling conflict with Russia is already so advanced that it is necessary to call on the population to clothe in case of war. Perhaps, the third reason could be considered, which is to instil fear to the masses, and thus make them easier to control and divert attention from the pressing problems of the present.

In Poland and Hungary were similar alarms. Why we still do nothing?
Maybe it's the fact that our politicians are sometimes more "reasonable" and knowledgeable on Czech nature, which is learnt that that kind of challenge has incalculable consequences. Additionally, Czech housewives hardened by the situation in shops during seventies and eighties build up stocks automatically without any special warning.

How do you see the international air exercises Ample Strike 2016 which runs over central Europe?
If the main objective is to train and coordinate forces in different situations possible assault on a member of NATO states, then everything is fine. However, if the aim is to provoke a potential enemy, that's not fine, and it's in direct contravention of the declared character of NATO.
It all seems that NATO weapons, even those of mass destruction, is getting closer to Russia's borders. One of the “Parlamentní” readers wrote to the editor asked if he had to fear of the worst, the conflict NATO versus Russia ...
Though the Internet is circulating a joke: "Obama and his generals in the Pentagon discussed, and they could not agree on, what is the best time for the assault on Russia. Finally, they decide to ask the French: When is it best to invade Russia? The French answered: We do not know, but certainly not in the winter, it would go wrong for sure. Therefore, it would probably be better to ask the Germans: When is it best to invade Russia? The Germans answer: We do not know, but it certainly would not be in the summer. We have tried, already ... What to do? Someone proposes to ask China that is progressive and always comes up with a new idea. So they asked the Chinese, when is the best time to invade Russia? The Chinese replies: Right now! Russia began to build “The Strength of Siberia" pipeline, “Turkish stream”, The Spaceport “Vostochny”, The Bridge to the Crimea, and in the near future they will modernize the BAM, they are building new sports complexes for the World Cup in football and athletics, they are planning oil extraction in the Arctic. .. To what extent is the Czech army ideologically divided? When we look at former commanders of the General Staff, for example, Miroslav Kostelka is very sober in assessment of Russia, Petr Pavel opposing to him is harder, and so forth. Is it a template for a lower command level, at least according to what you know from your friends and acquaintances still active in the Army?
The template is not a big deal, but my friends shake their heads over the performances of the former Chief of General Staff. Indeed, I commented him in a recent interview. I recommend to ask our leaders whether they are ready to bear the brunt of what General Pavel wants.

I ask because I have a persistent idea that if there was a conventional war with Russia, now, it could happen the same as in the First World War. Many deserters, so-called founding Legion and so forth. Or maybe I'm wrong and the professional army is not about ideas, opinions, critical thinking, open-mindedness, but in terms of salary, only?
I am answering with a quote from the book of Jaroslav Hasek “The Good Soldier Schweik”: “The district magistrate, and me have always said, 'Patriotism, loyalty to duty, self-overcoming, those are the real weapons in the war!' I am reminding you, especially today, when our troops are anytime soon to cross the border.”

Is it possible that a nuclear war could be a local one?
And is it possible that, in the twenty-first century, someone is tampered with the idea to use the craziest tool of destruction of all - a nuclear weapon?

What US presidential candidate, to your opinion, is to ease the international situation better?
I'm not a US citizen and I do not live in that country, as well, so I can only benefit from what is provided by the "mainstream" media, and based on that it is Donald Trump. Furthermore, can you imagine a woman as the Head of the most powerful nation in the World, after the experience with the most powerful woman in Europe? Чешки генерал-мајор у резерви Хинек Блашко у разговору за „Парламентни лист“ коментарисао је могући сукоб између Русије и НАТО-а, причао о параноји Немаца, цитирао Јарослава Хашека, испричао виц о Обами, Американцима и Русима, те подржао Доналда Трампа у трци за Белу кућу.

На питање како коментарише да се у Немачкој становништво охрабрује да прикупља резерве хране и воде за случај катастрофе, укључујући и рат, генерал мајор Хинек Блашко је претпоставио да то може да буде последица "Мигрантске кризе", мада је могуће да је и програмирани сукоб са Русијом већ у тако поодмаклој фази да су оваква охрабривања становништва потребна, док разлог може да буде и усађивања страха у масе да би их лакше контролисали и скренули пажњу са правих и истинских проблема.
На напомену да се слично догађа и у Пољској и Мађарској, док у Чешкој тога нема, генерал Блашко је рекао да су чешке домаћице очврсле због ситуације у продавницама седамдесетих и осамдесетих година, па складиште потрепштине аутоматски, без неког посебног упозорења.
Коментаришући ваздухопловну вежбу НАТО снага "Пун удар 2016", чешки генерал сматра да је она исправна ако се увежбава одбрана неке државе чланице НАТО, али ако је замишљена као провокација потенцијалног непријатеља, онда то не само да није у реду, већ представља директну супротност са декларисаним карактером НАТО савеза.
На запажање да се НАТО наоружање, чак и оно за масовно уништење, приближава границама Русије, које је пропраћено питањем једног читаоца уредништву листа "Парламентарни" да ли треба да се боји најгорег, генерал Хинек Блашко је одговорио вицем:
„На интернету се појавио овакав виц. ’Обама и његови генерали расправљају у Пентагону и не могу да се договоре када је најбоље да нападну Русију. На крају питају Французе. Французи кажу: ’Ми не знамо, али сигурно не у зиму. Ствар ће лоше да се заврши‘. Онда су одлучили да питају Немце. Немци су одговорили: ’Ми не знамо, али сигурно не у лето. Већ смо покушали‘. Шта да се ради? Неко је предложио да питају Кинезе, јер су они прогресивни и увек имају нове идеје. Питали су Кинезе: ’Када је најбоље време да се нападне Русија?‘ Кинези одговарају: Управо сада! Русија је почела да гради ’Снагу Сибира‘, ’Турски ток‘, космодром ’Восточни‘, мост на Криму, а у блиској будућности Руси желе да унапреде Бајкалско-амурску магистралу, граде нове спортске објекте за Светско првенство у фудбалу и атлетици, планирају да производе нафту на Арктику… Све у свему, сада им је потребно што је могуће више заробљеника!“
Блашко је, такође, цитирао дело Јарослава Хашека „Доживљаји доброг војника Швејка у светском рату“. Новинари су га питали да ли би се у случају „традиционалног рата са Русијом“ могли поновити неки догађаји из Првог светског рата — „мноштво дезертера, стварање тзв. легије и тако даље“ и како би се професионална војска понашала у том случају, односно да ли је то војска идеје, слободног и критичког размишљања, или се ради само о плати.
„Окружни начелник и ја смо увек говорили: ’Патриотизам, оданост дужности, самопревазилажење, то је право оружје у рату‘. Подсећам вас на то управо данас, када ће наше трупе ускоро прећи преко границе“, као одговор генерал је цитирао Хашека.
На питање новинара да ли је могућ локални нуклеарни рат, генерал Блашко се запитао да ли је могуће да неко у двадесетпрвом веку уопште размишља да употреби најлуђе оружје од свих - атомску бомбу?
Генерал Блашко сматра и да би Доналд Трамп боље и умирујуће одговорио на међународну ситуацију, уз ограду да није ни држављанин САД, нити у тој држави живи, већ се обавештава преко званичних медијума. Међутим, поставља и питање да ли може да се замисли жена на челу најмоћније државе света, после „свега што смо доживели са најмоћнијом женом у Европи“. Јесте ли чули онај виц: "Иду Србин, Хрват и Албанац и..." 

Ма, јок, тај је бајат, имам бољи: „Ишла БИА улицом и саплела се о осумњиченог за шпијунажу…“, хахахахах…

А, чули сте и њега, штета, а баш сам хтео да га испричам онако с мераком, но…

Дакле, суштина вица је да је БИА ухапсила шпијуна, неког маторца, пензионисаног официра војске РСК који је годинама вршљао нашим редовима и дошаптавао Хрватима шта се дешава, шта се кува и што је најстрашније- каква је одбрамбена моћ Србије и шта би све могли да учинимо у евентуалном рату с домољубима?!

Е, сад, да се одмах разумемо, не пада ми на памет да браним некога ко ми шаку еврића или каквог страха од оптужнице Лијепе њихове продаје домовину, али морам да станем у одбрану здравог разума који вели да у читавој причи нешто смрди, а нису само моје патике!

Елем, баш у јеку „тензија“ с Хрватском проналазе човека који годинама шпијунира у корист исте?!

Најпре, знамо да се на Балкану тензије дословно договарају како би народ имао чиме да се забавља, мислећи да им празан желудац крчи због Хрвата или кога већ затреба, а не глади!

Дакле, имамо тензију, имамо шпијуна, имамо Илију Чворовића у лику премијера који нас као Даницу свакодневно убеђује да нас сви мрзе и раде о глави, док он покушава да нам сачува барем капицу, и имамо наглупље могуће образложење: „Одавао је поверљиве информације о одбрамбеној моћи Србије“!

We live in two Americas. One America, now the minority, functions in a print-based, literate world. It can cope with complexity and has the intellectual tools to separate illusion from truth.
The other America, which constitutes the majority, exists in a non-reality-based belief system. This America, dependent on skillfully manipulated images for information, has severed itself from the literate, print-based culture.

It cannot differentiate between lies and truth. It is informed by simplistic, childish narratives and clichés. It is thrown into confusion by ambiguity, nuance and self-reflection.
This divide, more than race, class or gender, more than rural or urban, believer or nonbeliever, red state or blue state, has split the country into radically distinct, unbridgeable and antagonistic entities.
There are over 42 million American adults, 20 percent of whom hold high school diplomas, who cannot read, as well as the 50 million who read at a fourth- or fifth-grade level. Nearly a third of the nation’s population is illiterate or barely literate. And their numbers are growing by an estimated 2 million a year.

Овом манипулацијом се служе сви, мада се за њу најчешће прозива и оптужује она политичка снага, која је на власти. У тим играма се служи лажима, полуистинама, извртањем истине, као и комбинацијама свега тога. Ипак, најједноставније и најчешће коришћена је полупревара насловима чланака. Полази се од тога да је наслов први ниво информације и да је често потпуно довољан ономе ко летимично прелази преко текста информације. Ево и примера. BLACKMAILING AND PUSHING SERBS BY THE WEST CONTINUES

We are witnessing, as we speak, the unacceptable conduct of so called "Western Powers" (read Washington and Brussels) toward Serbs. No matter what Serb's political leaders say or do, it's not cooperative enough. The latest example is Serbian position on the referendum in Republic of Srpska. Serbian President and Prime-minister are pushed by the West to press Dodik and political leaders of RS to give up the referendum on the one and only question - "Do you support a proposal that the 9^th of January become a Republic Independence Day?"

On 9^th of January 1992, in Pale near Sarajevo, former Assembly of the Serbian people in Bosnia and Herzegovina, after the will of Serbs in Bosnia and Herzegovina had been repeatedly ignored by Muslims and Croats, proclaimed Serbian Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. On 12^th of August, the same year, the name was changed to the Republic of Srpska. The existence of the Serbian entity was honored and defined by the Dayton Peace Agreement.

No more, no less. That's it. And that became the issue of all issues. The reason for the harassment of Serbs, once again.
